Rental Return Instructions

 PLEASE READ FULLY PRIOR TO SHIPPING

 

1)  Please pack our gear as if it were your own, using a tracked service and take a photo of the shipping label.

2)  Ensure you complete this 'Contact Us' form and include Jump Numbers completed (if renting a canopy only) and your shipping tracking number, this helps speed up the return process, thank you!   

3) Once the equipment is received and inspected, providing there is no damage (other than normal wear and tear) the Direct Debit is cancelled.  Letting you know we refund after the first full month, on a pro-rata basis for each whole unused week, based on the normal rental rate.  Where applicable a refund will be processed, and we'll email you the refund receipt, this may take a few days to show on your credit card. 

 4) APF Gear Insurance – we notify the Insurer that our rental gear has been returned and will cc you in on the email.  If you would like to transfer insurance to your own gear, please contact:
