Sometimes the hardest rigs to find aren’t the newest ones… they’re the ones that haven’t been jumped into the ground.
This Wings W11 was manufactured in August 2021, but for the past two years it’s spent most of its life in storage rather than in the aircraft. The result? A container that still presents beautifully, with crisp colours, clean GREEN Cordura and the sort of overall condition you’d expect from a rig that’s only about five years old.
The package includes a Pulse 190 (DOM February 2016) and an OP 176 reserve (DOM 2022). The Pulse is one of those canopies people quietly hang onto because it simply works. It packs small, opens consistently and lands with the forgiving manners that have made it a favourite of everyone from newer jumpers to experienced weekend warriors. During our inspection it scored 8/10 for fabric condition and 7/10 on the Vectran line set.
The container itself is loaded with desirable options including hip rings, free-fly harness, stainless hardware, BOOST MARD, spacer foam back pad and leg pads. It has also just been washed, inspected and packed, so it arrives looking every bit as tidy as it deserves.
Harness sizing is one of the real strengths of this rig: 170-185cm / 82-100kg / waist 89-104
