Elwood looked down at him.

“Jake. It’s a reserve.”
“IT’S A SIGN FROM GOD!”
“It’s a parachute, Jake.”

Elwood sighed.
“Jake, PD hasn’t got any on the shelves. Six-month lead time.”
Jake froze.
“SIX MONTHS?!”
“Six months.”
Jake looked towards heaven.
“LORD, YOU TEST ME!”
Elwood pointed at the Mee Loft listing.
“Jake. They’ve got one. Right here.”
Jake threw his arms into the air.
“HALLELUJAH! WE’RE ON A MISSION FROM GOD!”
