The Cookie C45 is a full face helmet built specifically for skydiving and wind tunnel flying. It gives jumpers a full-face setup with a wide visor, C45 ventilation, audible provision over both ears and fit components that can be serviced or tuned over time.
The practical differences are the parts you notice on a jump day: airflow directed at the inside of the visor, a separate mouth vent, rear exhaust airflow, a secure visor locking mechanism and a liner/cheek-pad system that helps dial in the fit.
The C45 helmet is certified to XP S 72-600:2018. The C45 visor is certified separately to EN ISO 16321-1:2022 + AMD 2025.

Fit & Sizing
Start with head circumference, then check face circumference using Cookie's fitting method. If your face circumference exceeds the maximum for the helmet size, choose the larger helmet size. Cheek-pad thickness can then be used to fine-tune fit, but it does not replace Cookie's helmet and face sizing limits.

Visor & Ventilation
The C45 ventilation system directs air toward the inside of the visor, toward the mouth, through the helmet and out through the rear vent. Cookie advises the upper visor-airflow vent should be open during skydiving use.
The C45 visor is designed for the C45 helmet and is certified to EN ISO 16321-1:2022 + AMD 2025. The supplied manual identifies Clear and Smoke visor categories. The included visor configuration for the helmet purchase should be confirmed before publication.
Audibles
The C45 has an audible altimeter pocket located over each ear. This gives you left or right placement without nominating a specific audible model.
Replaceable Fit Components
The C45 is built with removable cheek pads, multiple cheek-pad thicknesses, a replaceable liner, replaceable visor and removable side plates. That makes it easier to maintain the helmet and tune the feel as the fit settles in.
